We are passionate & progressive in what we do & also offer a genuine & friendly atmosphere.

Putting great food on the plate, is as much about the quality of the produce as skill in the kitchen. To that end our suppliers are very important to us. Here’s a roll call

MK Meats. Master Butchers, supply our lamb, chicken, beef, veal

Our fish is from Sligo, Wexford, Dublin, Cork & Kerry.

Caterway, the finest importers of exotic fruit and vegetables and suppliers of Organic produce from all over Ireland.

Garden of Eden supply herbs, micro salads & samphire from Rush Co. Dublin.

Little Italy/ KC Norton; Importers of Italian Produce from traditions of hundreds of years.

Old Farm Tipperary pigs have access to the outdoors all year round. Pigs are clever animals and if the weather isn’t good they will stay indoors. Their diet consists of fresh vegetables, locally grown barley, organic whey and cheese. The result is delicious, tasty pork and bacon

We also buy fish from Howth Harbour, as well as smoked & cured meats from a host of small artisan shops in and around the Leinster area.

We buy all our spices, wild Chinese leaf & ginger from the Asian market
